The 14-storey building has three lifts that take you to the spacious apartments of one or 2 rooms. All apartments boast views of the beach. They are also surrounded by all the shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, clubs that you will need. Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Mítica theme parks are also nearby.

The establishment has a communal area with swimming pools (one for adults and the other for children) with access to the bar-cafeteria, an self-service laundry and private parking facility. There is also a social lounge with television and a small library.
Room information
The apartments have one or 2 bedrooms and sleep between 2 and 6 people. The rooms are equipped with single beds, a trundle bed for 2 people in the lounge and a fully-equipped bathroom and kitchen. A cleaning service, a bed linen change and 2 towel changes per week are included in the price. Electricity consumption up to 50 kw per week is also included.

When you enter the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100. This deposit acts as cover against any damage. The deposit is returnable on the day of departure, once all has been checked and confirmed as being in order.
The reception opening hours are 9:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. The caretaker is on duty from 19:00 to 02:00.
Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
