In addition to the 123 bedrooms, the Athenaeum Apartments are housed in a row of Edwardian town houses adjacent to the hotel, and are much loved for their privacy by celebrities, business travellers and families. These well-appointed, stunning apartments have private street entrances, fully equipped kitchenettes and use of all the amenities and services of the hotel.

Athenæum’s health and fitness spa is open exclusively to Athenaeum guests, offering a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, a gym with personal trainer, and a treatment room. You can run in Green Park with the Athenæum jogging map. Tracksuits can be provided if required.

The accommodation comprises 111 guest rooms and 12 luxurious suites. Whichever room you choose, you will enjoy the friendly and professional service that the Athenaeum is renowned for.
Newly refurbished and upgraded, the apartments are a mix of classic English and contemporary town house styles. All are linked to the Athenaeum by a private corridor. If your booking is for 3 to 4 people sharing, you will need to book an apartment which contains a queen-size sofa bed in the lounge. This will incur a supplemental charge.

From nearby Green Park Underground station, it is 5 stops to the city centre, 6 stops to Liverpool Street and the Broadgate Centre and one stop to Victoria Station, for a frequent rail shuttle to Gatwick. There is a direct service to Heathrow Airport.

Important information
Athenaeum will be undergoing a redesign of their suites and bedrooms from September through to the middle of December. There will be minimal disruption to our guests, and during this time the restaurant, lounge, bar and Spa will be unaffected.
The gym is also being updated and modernised with new equipment. This will mean that it will be closed from the 12th – 25th September.
