The apartments have one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a sofa bed for 2 in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Each one opens onto a terrace, some of which are glazed in.

Deposit and Additional Fees:
The full amount of the fee for the stay is payable at check in (includes weekly linen change and pre-stay cleaning). In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.
For stays of fewer than 7 days an additional supplement of EUR 45 will be applied. This is not included in the published rate.

Key Collection:
All keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at 18 Calle Cuenca, Edificio Monver VI, Benidorm. Office hours are 09.00-20.00. Guests arriving outside of these hours should refer to directions left in the window of the office.
The property swimming pool is open between 15 June and 15 September.
Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or modified, a fixed amount of EUR 100.00 will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night for cots.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
