We are located ONLY 50 mt distance from Gemini Studios Alamanni, 200 mt from Santa Maria Novella Station, 100 mt from Fortress Da Basso and 150 mt from the Conference Centre; within walking distance from the Duomo and from the most important and popular Museums and Monuments. Check-in and
check-out MUST be made to Gemini Studios ALAMANNI's reception. The Apartments are fully
equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator and wash plates-machine, A/C
and Private bathroom w/shower.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
