By car:
From Salisburg:
- Proceed up to Bad Reichenhall, Lofer, direction Zell am See (approximately 85 km) to Saalfelden.
- Turn left at the roundabout, towards Maria Alm, the Hindenburg is only 800 metres on the left hand side of the road .
From Zell am See:
- Direction Saalfelden, about 16 km to the roundabout .
- Turn right at the roundabout towards Maria Alm, the Hindenburg is only 800 metres on the left hand side of the road .
From Bischofshofen:
- Proceed up to Zell am See and follow the signs as above (about 45 km)
- If the weather is nice the suggests , especially for motorbikes, the road that goes through the “Hochkönig”.
- Right after Bischofshofen take the provincial road “Hochkönig” to Dienten, Maria Alm, Saalfelden.
- Along the road , right in the centre of Saalfelden, on the right hand side on a bend on the left is situated the Hindenburg hotel.
By train:
The trains IC and EC usually stop in Saalfelden. The is situated about 1 km away from the railway station.
