In the picturesque village of Arnside, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, this traditional country inn oasts wonderful views over the Kent estuary and the mountains of the Lake District.

With scenic views across MorecambeBay to the Lake District and with plenty of seashore and fell walking, the inn makes a great base from which o explore the area.

All of the beautifully refurbished en suite rooms have TVs, hairdryers, trouse presses, radio alarms and tea/coffee making facilities.

The rooms boast fantastic views out over he bay and the mouth of the River Kent to the mountains.

The bar is well stocked with traditional bers, lagers and wines and there is a real fire for the winter months. Food is home-cooked and freshly prepare, with daily specials.

Outside, a terraced garden allows you to watch the river go by or do a spotof bird watching.

Facilities include a car park and a barn where bicycles can be locked away. Arnsde’s railway station is just 300 metres away and offers fast, easy and convenient access to the rest of the Lke District.
