Norbury House took on a new lease of life in May 2007 when your hosts Adam and Paula fell in love with and this property. They were previously based in London, Brighton and Bristol and have a long history of providing nothing but the best in hospitality. They have an enviable pedigree that encompasses operating bars, restaurants and late night venues as well as providing event management and development coaching.

In front of the house the patio makes an ideal place to sit and relax on hot summer days and enjoy a cup of tea, cold beer or glass of wine. Or visit our terraced garden where you may prefer to just settle into one of the double hammocks and sway.
Conservatory
Help yourself to the extensive library of books and magazines, or have a go on the 1970’s fruit machine - the house always wins! Relax in a Conran chair and enjoy the views.

We are in a quiet, quality tree- lined area in the West End of Ilfracombe. There are lots of exciting things to do, including boat trips to Lundy or walking along the stunning coastal path.
Norbury House is on the edge of Ilfracombe near open countryside yet only a ten minute stroll from the seafront, harbour, shops and amenities of Ilfracombe, and five minutes from the stunning North Devon coast path. Visit local gardens at Marwood Hill, Chambercombe Manor or Rosemoor at Torrington. National Trust Arlington Court is also near by.

- On entering Ilfracombe, at the 1st set of traffic lights turn left towards the sea front.
- At the next set of traffic lights go left and then left again.
- This brings you into Torrs Park.
- Continue along this road, and you will find us at the top of the hill on the right.
From Combe Martin (A399):
- At the 1st set of traffic lights in Ilfracombe High Street turn right into Northfield Road.
- At the next set of traffic lights go straight across and immediately turn left into Torrs Park.
