The apartments are located in the very centre of Venice, close to all major sites. Upon arrival, you will receive a map and recommendations of most interesting places and how to reach them.

By Public Transport:
From Piazzale Roma (approximately 15 minutes):
- Take the number 42 waterbus from Piazzale Roma towards Murano (Via Ferrovia) and alight at the Crea stop. The office is after the first bridge on the right from the water bus stop.
- Alternatively, travel on foot. Go through Fondamenta S. Croce, which at some point becomes Fondamenta S. Simeon (in the direction of the train station). Cross the bridge ‘Ponte degli Scalzi’ and turn right toward ‘Lista di Spagna’. Before ‘Ponte delle Guglie’, turn left in ‘Fondamenta Savorgnan’ and continue straight to ‘Fondamenta S. Giobbe’. The office is after the 2nd bridge on the left-hand side.
By Plane:
From the Marco Polo airport:
- Take a taxi from the airport to Piazzale Roma and follow the directions as above.
- Take the private bus company (ATVO) service from the airport to Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma, follow the directions as above.
- Take the private water buses, (Alilaguna) from the airport to Fondamente Nuove. From Fondamente Nuove, take vaporetto (water bus) number 42 on the route to Piazzale Roma. Alight at the Crea stop. The office is after the first bridge on the right from the water bus stop.
By Train:
- The boarding dock for the water bus is in front of the station. Take number 42 (in the direction of S. Alvise-Murano water bus stop) and get out at the Crea stop. The office is after the first bridge on the right from the water bus stop.
- Alternatively, you can reach the on foot: leave the train station turn left towards ‘Lista di Spagna’. Before ‘Ponte delle Guglie’, turn left in ‘Fondamenta Savorgnan’ and continue straight to ‘Fondamenta S. Giobbe’. The office is after the 2nd bridge on the left-hand side.
Important information
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in takes place in the office - Fondamenta San Giobbe 658 - and is possible from 15:00 onwards. Latest check out is at 11:00. Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be subject to a check-in fee of EUR 20 (after midnight the fee will be EUR 35). It is vital that the Old Town Apartments is informed of your approximate arrival time in Venice. Please call the Old Town Apartments on arrival to schedule an appointment with one of the staff members.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
