To check-in, please come to our office at Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore 12, Rome and you will be given instructions on how to reach your apartment (which is at a different address). Please contact the Old Town Apartments 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival. If you intend to arrive after 21:00, special conditions apply. Each apartment contains a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare your own food. Alternatively, it is possible to enjoy meals at some of the many elegant restaurants in Rome. Upon arrival, the Old Town Apartments will be happy to provide recommendations.

On Foot:
To check-in, please come to the office at Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore 12, Rome. Ring doorbell 6 'Old Town Apartments' (Edis Real). Go up staircase B, located at the end of the courtyard, to the 2nd floor.
By Shuttle:
The will be happy to organise a shuttle service to and from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports on request. If you require this service, please provide the with your flight number and your expected landing time.
Important information
Arrivals to the office after 21:00 will be charged a check-in fee of EUR 20. After midnight the fee will be EUR 35. The fee will be waived if you choose to have a taxi pick-up from the airport, organized by the hotel.
Please inform the Old Town Apartments of your approximate arrival time in Rome.
Please note that you must come to the office first to check-in: you will then be provided with directions for how to get to your apartment, which may be at a different address than the office.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
