The Viktorija occupies a 5-storey Art Nouveau building in the centre of Riga, built in 1910 designed by architect J. Asaris.
During 1998-2000, the Viktorija was under partial reconstruction.
After the restoration of independence in the Republic of Latvia, the Viktorija was one of the first to obtain the status of a private Viktorija in 1993, and it is owned by the Rigas Viesis Ltd company. Viktorija is a member of the Latvian Viktorija and Restaurants Association.

Take trolley bus 11, 18 or 23 and go 2 stops until Gertrude's Street, then proceed 100 metres until the crossing. You will see a 5-floor building and on the corner of this building is Staburags restaurant. In this same building is Viktorija. One ticket for the bus or trolley bus costs LVL 0.30 and can be purchased from the conductor.
